Installation

bin/znuny.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox\ HideFieldsAccordingToCustomerPortal-7.0.1.opm

Configuration

Add js file

Navigate to Administration -> System configuration and search for the desired ticket opening screen loader (Example for agentTicketPhone):

Loader::Module::AgentTicketPhone###002-Ticket

And add the name .js file:

Core.Agent.Admin.HideFieldsAccordingToCustomerPortal.js

Use

After configuring, on the ticket opening screen, the fields of owner, priority, queue, responsible, SLA and type, will be omitted and the ticket will have the value that is in the service registration
